  I recently had CJ’s Plumbing & Repair out to my home to investigate a gas leak from my stove. Technician Luke and Dave were fantastic – they quickly identified and resolved the issue, which was thankfully a simple fix. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and were very polite and professional. I really appreciate their help and would definitely call CJ’s again if I ever need plumbing services in the future. report abuse

  “Selling my house was already a stressful process, and then this happened. The buyers, concerned about the age of the house and its cast iron plumbing, hired CJ’s for a pipe scope. Unfortunately, the initial inspection revealed channel rot, and they scheduled a follow-up with both myself and the realtor. I went to great lengths to be prepared, having researched channel rot extensively. However, they completely bailed on the appointment—no show! The realtor told us they’d found no salvageable pipes and considered the job too extensive. It was incredibly frustrating, especially when the realtor questioned my payment, saying, “You won’t send us the video? Then what did I pay you for?” The whole thing happened on speakerphone, adding to the tension. I was really disappointed when I finally received the video, and honestly, I didn’t see any obvious signs of the rot that I’d been worried about. I sent the videos to my contractor, and he confirmed my concerns – there was no evidence of the problem. Thankfully, the buyers agreed to bring in a second plumber, and we were able to address some related issues like descaling and relining the pipes due to tree root problems. It was a really drawn-out and concerning situation, and I’d definitely advise anyone in a similar situation to proceed with extreme caution.” report abuse

He quickly and efficiently replaced her hot water heater, and was both professional and clearly knowledgeable about the job.   Keenan and Tyler did a fantastic job with the descaling and repairs on my tankless water heater. They were incredibly professional, courteous, and really friendly – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
