  “I was incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Ireland Associates. From the very beginning, it felt completely unprofessional. The employee I spoke with immediately put me on hold to speak with Melissa Ireland, who essentially dismissed my issue as a common problem they repeatedly face, offering no solutions. Worse, her surveyors arrived without any prior notification to me, the seller, and they inadvertently cut my internet line, costing me six hours of lost income. What truly bothered me was her lack of concern for my situation – she seemed more focused on criticizing my communication style than addressing my needs as a customer. Honestly, the entire interaction left a very negative first impression, and I’ll be letting my buyer’s agent know about this experience.” report abuse

They truly went above and beyond our expectations – a huge contrast to other companies we spoke with who were unresponsive or seemed annoyed by our calls. Bo in the office was incredibly helpful and organized, and Todd, the surveyor, was fantastic – friendly, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of our questions.   “Honestly, this experience was incredibly frustrating. It took over 30 days and several follow-ups just to get someone scheduled for the initial survey, and even then, the communication was terrible. They initially texted on a Thursday evening saying they’d be there the next day, but the crew of two didn’t arrive until Friday at 2:30 pm, and immediately said they might need to return because our lot is so overgrown. After another hour, they still couldn’t find the markers they needed – which was the whole point of paying $1500 for this service. We heard absolutely nothing from them until Wednesday when I received a bill for the remaining work, with a charge for a “topographic survey” and a receipt. When I questioned the charge, DJ insisted the crew had been there on Monday, which was completely inaccurate as we hadn’t seen them. For the price we paid, I expected a much more professional and organized service.” report abuse
