It was a six-day turnaround, which was much faster than the 3-5 weeks I’d been told to expect. They were friendly, affordable, and completely exceeded my expectations. Then Brett arrived on time and just got straight to work – he was a pleasure to have around, really easy to talk to and answered all my questions thoroughly. He did a really detailed job and even took the time to explain some of the survey details to me, which was incredibly helpful. Now I finally know exactly where the boundaries of my 10 acres are!   “Three years later, Mr. Long has finally addressed this, and frankly, it’s been a really frustrating experience. Yes, the fence was replaced two years after the initial damage, and to be clear, it wasn’t falling apart when they first broke it. Despite the fact that it was still my property, his crew damaged it when they entered my property without permission to conduct a survey. I asked them to simply fix it – just a few screws to keep it within my property lines, which is all I asked for. Mr. Long initially agreed, but then completely backed out. They shouldn’t have been allowed to damage my fence in the first place. The worst part is that he hasn’t taken responsibility. He didn't send someone back to fix it as he initially promised, and he hasn’t repaid me for the cost of the repairs. It’s been a completely unprofessional and dismissive response.” report abuse
