  Cuddigan was a fantastic team to work with – they were incredibly responsive and got the process moving quickly.   I absolutely had the best experience with Cuddigan Custom Builders! We recently completed our lower level with Dave, Kristin, and Buffy, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the initial design and planning, to the flawless construction, they truly deliver exceptional quality. Buffy, in particular, was incredible – she’s incredibly knowledgeable, really listens to your vision, and consistently came up with brilliant ideas that elevated the entire project. Dave and all of his contractors are also fantastic; you can tell they genuinely love what they do and their attention to detail is outstanding. Cuddigan Custom Builders goes above and beyond to work with you, and we were so impressed with their willingness to answer questions and show us their beautiful work.   Working with Cuddigan Homes was honestly a dream come true. We’d bought some land with the intention of building our dream home, and while we were exploring builders, Cuddigan just stood out to us, particularly after seeing one of their homes at the Parade of Homes. From our initial conversations to breaking ground in November, the whole process was incredibly smooth. Dave, Buffy, and Kristin were fantastic – so easy to work with. We were a little nervous going in, but they kept everything within our budget, and they were always upfront about pricing, so there were no surprises when we changed our minds about certain finishes. Dave was especially good at managing the budgets and he really understood what quality finishes would cost. My wife and I particularly appreciated Buffy and Kristin’s help during the selection process; they really got our vision (even though it was a bit of a mixed bag!), and we absolutely love our home. And Kristin was a lifesaver – she even entertained our kids while we were picking out appliances! Honestly, Cuddigan Homes delivered everything we hoped for, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We’re so happy with our new home! report abuse

  We absolutely love our new home – we’ve only been in it a week and we’re so thrilled with the result! Buffy was fantastic to work with, especially since it was our first time building a house. She really helped us make some great design decisions and answered all of our questions along the way.
