  Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the work done by this company. It was truly remarkable how smoothly everything went – which was a welcome surprise these days! I worked closely with Brandon, Frank, Eric, and their fantastic siding and trim crew, and every single person was incredibly dedicated, trustworthy, and clearly skilled at what they do. We had a large dormer re-sided with Everlast board and batten, and while there was a small mix-up with the supplies, they immediately stepped in and resolved it within 24 hours. The finished dormer looks absolutely gorgeous! If you’re looking for a company that genuinely stands behind its work, I wholeheartedly recommend this one. report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with the recent work Home Exteriors of Michigan did on my house. They replaced all my siding, soffits, window trim, gutters, and downspouts, and it was truly the best experience I’ve had with any contractor. From the start, the salesperson was incredibly patient, answering all of my detailed questions with a smile. Then there was Frank, the project manager – he’s simply outstanding, with fantastic customer service and consistently followed up to ensure everything was going smoothly. The whole installation team was equally professional and skilled; the communication and quality of their work were exceptional.   Home Exteriors of Michigan did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our house – they installed a new roof, siding, and gutters, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We got quotes from several companies, and frankly, some of the larger ones seemed to be just padding their prices. Home Exteriors of Michigan, being a local, family-owned business, really stood out. Their experience and reasonable quote were a huge relief. I especially want to commend Frank, the sales manager. He was incredibly professional, kept us perfectly informed throughout the whole project – from progress updates to scheduling – and he was so proactive about addressing any little issues that came up. And Erik, the owner, was always friendly and would even visit the job site to make sure everything was running smoothly. The siding team, led by Tom, was just outstanding. They were so careful and meticulous, and we absolutely love the “facelift” they gave our house! The gutter team was also incredibly efficient and did a great job.   Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the new roof Home Exteriors of Michigan installed for us. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Everyone I dealt with – Lacey on the phone, Steve who did the initial assessment and quote, Frank who managed the project, and even the owner, Eric – were incredibly professional and reliable. They were always punctual and did exactly what they promised. Steve was especially helpful, not just with the quote, but also guiding us through choosing materials and the financing options. It was really reassuring to have someone knowledgeable walking us through it all. During the installation, we discovered some mold under the decking, and Frank and Eric jumped right in to fix it while the crew was working – that kind of responsiveness was amazing. I was fortunate enough to be home during the whole process and was really impressed with the team's attention to detail. Ura, one of the roofers, did a great job explaining everything they were doing, which helped me understand exactly what I’d purchased. It’s clear Home Exteriors of Michigan provides excellent workmanship, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a new roof – they'll definitely be the first company I call if we ever need to replace our siding in the future. report abuse
