  Overall, I was really pleased with Kearns Brothers. Scotty P. was fantastic – he was a great point of contact and kept everything running smoothly. The quality of the work on the roof and patio overhang was excellent, and I had absolutely no problems throughout the entire process. I’d definitely recommend them and I’ll be reaching out to them again for a kitchen renovation in the future. report abuse

  Dan and the whole team at Kearns were fantastic – truly a seamless experience. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and efficient. They provided accurate estimates, the roofing crew arrived on time and completed the job in a single day, and they were meticulous about cleanup, leaving no nails behind. I always felt well-informed and involved in the process, and the quality of the materials was outstanding. My new roof looks beautiful and I’m completely confident in its strength.   “I was so relieved when Mike from Kearns Brothers came out to check on a suspected roof leak – he was with me within a day! He was incredibly thorough and, thankfully, confirmed my roof was perfectly fine. He didn’t just tell me it was okay, he explained exactly what was causing the concern and gave me clear instructions on how to address it. Honestly, his honesty and knowledge were fantastic, and it really put my mind at ease.   “I recently got a quote for a new roof, and while the initial salesperson was pleasant, my experience after that was really disappointing. I ended up speaking with Mark, and he was incredibly unhelpful and frankly, quite rude. He seemed completely resistant to working with my insurance company, insisting I sign a contract before they’d even consider talking to them. Worse, he was pushing a much more expensive, premium version of the roof, nearly twice the amount my insurance company estimated. To top it off, he added a clause that I was responsible for *any* extra trips his crew might need to make – it felt like he was treating me like I didn't understand how things work. Honestly, given my experience in retail management, I found his attitude completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this company; there are plenty of other roofing contractors out there who offer a much better service.” report abuse

  I wholeheartedly recommend Kearns Brothers – they were fantastic to work with. Specifically, Caleb and Mark went above and beyond when I had roof damage and a challenging insurance claim. They really helped me navigate the whole process, especially dealing with the insurance company, and ultimately ensured I got the best possible outcome.   We’re absolutely thrilled with our new roof – it looks fantastic and the whole job was completed exactly on time. Working with Jason and Jorge from Kearns was a really positive experience; they were easy to communicate with. We chose Kearns based on our previous good experience with them, and they did a wonderful job installing new windows and siding on our home a few years back.   Cameron and Will did a fantastic job repairing the issue at our home. They were incredibly prompt, arriving right on time and quickly pinpointing the problem. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain not just *what* they fixed, but *why* it needed fixing too – they were both skilled and really professional, and just a pleasure to have working on our property.   Don Richard was fantastic! He was so communicative and friendly, and I really appreciated how honest he was with us throughout the whole process. He truly went the extra mile – I was particularly impressed that he checked my attic while it was snowing! Because of his thoroughness, he quickly identified the problem with our roof and fixed it for a fair and honest price, without trying to push any unnecessary services on us.   Dan was fantastic to work with when I got a roofing quote. He was so knowledgeable and really seemed to care about finding the best solution for my roof. What impressed me most was his honesty – he didn’t try to add on extra services or steer me toward anything I didn’t need. He explained everything clearly, outlining the good and bad of each option, which made the whole process so much easier.
