They were incredibly professional, and the price was really reasonable, and they stuck to their schedule perfectly.   Honestly, we were so relieved when The Modern Pro’s stepped in to replace our skylight – we’d had no luck finding anyone willing to take on the job. From the very beginning, Jesse and James and the whole team were fantastic. They treated us with such respect and made the entire process completely painless. We were just blown away by their professionalism and the quality of their work. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we’re so incredibly satisfied!   “I was so impressed with Modern Pros – they were incredibly professional from start to finish. We contacted them about some rot in the wood trim around our new home, and they were the only company that took our call. It turned out to be a much bigger issue than we initially thought; Christian discovered significant damage hidden under the siding, caused by the builder not installing a proper vapor barrier. He patiently explained everything to me and quickly got Todd involved, even though he was on vacation, to get a quote out to us right away, especially since the side of the house was exposed and a storm was coming.
