  “I contacted Gustafson’s to get my rooftop furnace repaired under warranty, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. Despite being the factory-authorized contractor, he wouldn’t actually repair my furnace. He was only interested in taking a significant fee for accepting the replacement parts, and then refused to accept the defective part I’d brought back – I ended up driving three and a half hours to return it myself.
