  “I was so impressed with the service I received! They were able to squeeze me in for a maintenance cleaning on the same day, which was fantastic. The technicians did a wonderful job, but sadly a leak developed afterwards. However, the owner and the team handled it incredibly well – they responded immediately, the owner even came to inspect and fix it personally, and they spent a significant amount of time ensuring everything was completely resolved. What really stood out was their communication and genuine kindness throughout the whole experience; it completely took the stress out of a really difficult situation.   “I was really impressed with Southwest – they’re a reliable company that gets the job done right. I had a coolant leak in my mini-split system, and it was frustrating because the original installer had closed down. I got quotes from a few different places, but most of them were either unwilling to work on systems they hadn’t installed, or they quoted me exorbitant prices just to find the leak. Some even suggested I just keep topping up the coolant every year! Thankfully, I found Southwest. Their technicians were incredibly professional and fast, quickly pinpointed and fixed the leak, and then properly refilled the coolant. The whole thing cost less than what I would have paid for just two refills, and I’ll absolutely be using them for all my AC needs from now on.” report abuse
