I was really frustrated with my experience scheduling a plumber. I called to get a quote for a leak under my house, and was initially told the inspection would cost $120. I scheduled the appointment, expecting that price. However, the plumber arrived three and a half hours late and then dramatically increased the price to $250 without any explanation. After I contacted the office to dispute the original quote, they confirmed it was still $120. It felt like a complete attempt to overcharge me, and I definitely won’t be returning.

Following that, I spent a lot of time trying to get the issue resolved with the company, but I was given the runaround and never heard back from anyone. I ended up having to hire a different plumber to finish the job. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company – it was a frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful experience.”
