  “I contacted them to schedule a plumber to investigate a leak under my house, and I was initially given a quote of $120 for an inspection. I scheduled the appointment, but the plumber arrived nearly four hours late and then dramatically increased the price to $250. After I questioned this significant change, he simply confirmed the higher amount. Frankly, I felt completely misled and like I was being pressured for extra money. It was a really frustrating experience, and I certainly don’t appreciate that kind of tactic.” report abuse

We hired them to install a tankless water heater and water softener, and after spending a significant amount of money, the project failed inspection. Following multiple unanswered calls and a frustrating lack of communication, we ended up having to hire a different plumber to finish the job.
