“I had a really frustrating experience with New Pro Plumbing. I called them because my main drain was completely blocked and needed a two-plumber job, including someone who needed to access the roof. I explained exactly what I needed when I initially called. Unfortunately, only one plumber arrived and spent a long time trying to find a solution without needing to go on the roof. He then presented me with an exorbitant bill of over $500! When I spoke to the manager, he claimed the plumber couldn’t go on the roof because he didn’t have a ladder – completely contradicting our original discussion. It felt like they’d just made things up to inflate the cost. Honestly, it was a complete deception, and I wouldn’t recommend New Pro Plumbing to anyone.”

Miguel did an excellent job! He really took the time to explain the issue clearly and walked me through his plan to fix it. I especially appreciated him showing me where my condo’s shutoff valve was – I was surprised to learn we had one! He also went above and beyond by helping with a couple of extra little things. I’d definitely recommend him and would absolutely use their services again.
