  “I was so relieved to find New Pro Plumbing when our bathrooms were completely backed up! They responded so quickly and Miguel was fantastic – incredibly professional, clean, and really took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what needed to be fixed. It’s rare to find a plumber who is both detail-oriented and so careful about leaving the area spotless, but Miguel was amazing. And, thankfully, the price was great too. He did the whole job in under an hour and, amazingly, they were able to offer a price that was lower than any other plumber we contacted.   “I hired Newpro Plumbing for a quick shower repair, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. Miguel, the owner, was over an hour late, and he arrived without any tools – which immediately raised a red flag. He didn’t even properly assess the problem, and his aim seemed solely to charge a $99 visit fee while presenting a completely inflated estimate of $599 for the job. It was completely unreasonable, and he couldn’t explain the price. He also incorrectly stated he needed to shut off the water, which wasn't necessary. Overall, it was a terrible experience.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend Miguel from New Pro Plumbing highly enough! I had a really stressful situation – a major water leak in my building – and he was a lifesaver. He responded to my call around 5:30pm on a Friday and was actually there within an hour, which was amazing given how short notice it was. He fixed the leak quickly and professionally, and to top it off, he offered to come back the next week to do the patching for free! Beyond the fantastic work, Miguel was just so friendly and easy to deal with. It’s a rare thing to find someone so responsive and detail-oriented, particularly when you’re facing an emergency. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled plumber, Miguel is definitely the one to call.” report abuse

When he finally arrived, he did a fantastic job, and he even went above and beyond with some extra little things – completely without charge!   “I’m incredibly disappointed with New Pro Plumbing. They installed a water heater for me back in June of 2020 for $1278.50, and it’s now failed after only four years – which is shockingly short! When I called them for an emergency repair, especially with it being a freezing cold Friday evening, they didn’t return my call. To make matters worse, they didn’t even install a *new* water heater! The one they replaced was already three years old. It’s completely unacceptable that they misrepresented the situation and didn’t honor a proper replacement. I’m frustrated with the lack of responsiveness and, frankly, the dishonesty.” report abuse

Miguel was so knowledgeable and he fixed our main line problem right away. I wholeheartedly recommend him – it’s the best plumbing service I’ve ever had!
