  “We were incredibly pleased with JN Engineering – Nabil Mallak, in particular. We hired them to retrofit our building in West Los Angeles, and we’d received fantastic recommendations from other clients. Nabil really went above and beyond to help us through the complicated process of getting permits and approvals, making it as smooth as possible. He was really understanding of our budget concerns, and when the termite damage revealed a much larger job – needing extra beam reinforcements and some old beams removed – he was incredibly sympathetic and made significant concessions to accommodate us, all while maintaining the highest quality of work. Despite the added challenges, JN Engineering finished the project quickly and at a very reasonable price.
