  “We were absolutely thrilled with the work JN Engineering did to retrofit our building in West Los Angeles. Nabil Mallak, the structural engineer, was a huge help from the very beginning – he was incredibly well-recommended, and he really took the stress out of dealing with all the permits and approvals. We were very conscious of our budget, and Nabil was remarkably accommodating, working with us every step of the way. The project unexpectedly grew in scope due to termite damage, requiring quite a bit of extra work like reinforcing beams and removing damaged ones. Despite this, Nabil was so understanding and sympathetic to our situation, making some significant concessions without ever sacrificing the quality of the work. Honestly, the whole team at JN Engineering was fantastic – they completed the job on time and at a very reasonable price. We couldn’t recommend them more highly, and we’re so pleased with the results.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend Joseph highly enough. When I was facing a completely unwarranted shutdown of my restaurant – a neighbor had unfairly reported a building code issue – I was utterly desperate. Joseph stepped in immediately, recognizing the ridiculousness of the situation. He spent the evening investigating, running the necessary calculations, and even prepared a quick report. Thanks to his efforts, and just forty minutes with the building supervisor, the whole thing was resolved, and I was able to reopen the next day. It’s been over ten years now, and everything’s been perfectly fine since then – just like it had been for the last forty years! Honestly, I don’t know how I found him, but it was a stroke of incredible luck. He’s not only honest and reliable, but he’s also incredibly affordable – I paid him around $1,000 for a service that saved me potentially thousands and protected the jobs of my employees.
