  “I’m incredibly disappointed with Omega Structural’s approach. They submitted a bid for a relatively simple home inspection – work I already understood and had previously seen quoted at around $10,000 – for a staggering $86,000. The tasks they identified were completely unreasonable and, frankly, seemed designed to scare off my buyers. What was truly concerning was their refusal to discuss the charges with me, the property owner. Marlon, the inspector, wouldn’t even answer my questions, despite my attempts to understand the inflated price. It’s clear they were attempting to mislead my buyers, and I believe they effectively killed the sale of my house. I’ve had multiple other reputable contractors – Cal-Quake, Hilltop Design Group – assess the property, and their estimates were drastically lower. It’s obvious Omega was creating a false narrative, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to steer clear. Their behavior is completely unethical and damaging, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them struggle to find clients.” report abuse

  “Dylan, our inspector, was fantastic – really professional and thorough. We were offered a free report initially, but once we got the keys, we decided to purchase it because we felt the service was definitely worth the investment. What really stood out was that he was the only company that actually sent someone out promptly and was able to get under our house and assess the crawl space. We’d contacted two other companies who just kept putting us off and never even got to see the space.   Omega did a fantastic job fixing the crack in our building’s foundation. Because the foundation is also the garage ceiling, we were really concerned about water damage, especially after the heavy rains last spring. They patched it up then, and it’s held up perfectly so far – we’ve had several heavy rains since, and it hasn’t leaked a drop! report abuse

  “I was really frustrated with the experience we had scheduling the condo inspection. They initially booked the appointment two weeks in advance, but it was canceled twice, eventually rescheduled for later in the week. I tried to confirm the appointment the day before, but I never received a return call. Then, on the day they were supposed to arrive, they simply didn’t show up without even canceling. I’ve been trying to reach the manager, Yadi, to get this resolved, but haven’t been able to connect.
