  Overall, we absolutely love our home – we’ve been so happy here since we moved in a little over a year and a half ago. The finished product is stunning, and the quality of the work is fantastic. We really appreciated working with Brian and Michelle, and Karl did a brilliant job with the finishing touches.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience building our custom home with Midwest Homes in Madison. They truly went above and beyond, and we really appreciated their expertise and the high quality of the finished product. What really stood out was their incredibly thorough and supportive approach to the building process – they walked us through every single detail, from the initial floor plan to the final landscaping, and always explained the costs of upgrades clearly. Because we were mindful of our budget, we especially valued their proactive communication, letting us know immediately if we were approaching our limits. They also handled the challenges of the pandemic brilliantly, keeping us informed and working creatively to ensure a smooth and timely completion. And after we moved in, they were incredibly responsive and quick to fix any little issues that came up – the toilet lever and the new sod were resolved immediately. report abuse

  “We absolutely love our new home in the Woodstone neighborhood, and we really wanted to share our positive experience with Midwest Homes. Now that we’ve lived here for a year, we’re so glad we chose them. Honestly, it really came down to three things that set them apart from the other builders in the area. First, they were incredibly reliable – they finished our home two weeks ahead of schedule, which was a huge relief since we were in a hurry to sell our old place. It’s so refreshing to find a builder who actually delivers on their promises. Second, the quality of the work is outstanding. We were particularly thrilled with the custom woodwork; Jeremy, their carpenter, did an absolutely amazing job. He created custom cubbies, a beautiful mantle for our fireplace, and even custom shelving in our laundry room – truly top-notch craftsmanship. But the biggest factor for us was Dawn, our project coordinator. She was fantastic – so competent, personable, and just genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. She really guided us through the whole process with such attention to detail, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were surprised by how few online reviews there were for builders, so we wanted to share our honest opinion.
