  Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Brightstar Solar. From the very beginning, with the initial survey all the way through the system installation and performance checks, everything went incredibly smoothly. What really stood out was the personal touch – Jon and Mona, the owners, were always so responsive, answering my questions and addressing any concerns within 24 hours. They took the time to explain everything about the system – the hardware, cable routing, meter operation, solar production, monitoring, billing, and even solar crediting – in a really detailed and easy-to-understand way, which gave me complete confidence in my purchase.   “I’d been looking at several solar companies before choosing Jon and Mona, and I’m so glad we went with them. The installation process itself was a bit complicated – initially, it looked like the roof could handle the panels, but the installers discovered some problems on the back of the house, and Jon advised against proceeding. It was a bit disappointing at first, and we ended up getting some quotes from other roofers. Surprisingly, almost all of them said the solar company was really good, mentioning instances where other companies would have just installed regardless of the roof’s condition – which gave us a huge sense of security. Ultimately, Mona handled all the paperwork and they’ve been great about monitoring our energy generation and alerting us to any changes. We’re very satisfied with the whole project!” report abuse

  Working with Brightstar, specifically Jon and Mona, was a really positive experience. From the very beginning, they impressed me with their intelligence and genuine desire to meet my needs. Because of my technical background, I was particularly impressed with Jon's ability to thoroughly understand my property and develop a design that was both practical and effective – in fact, he was the only one of ten different proposals I received who got it exactly right. What’s amazing is that his design was so well-suited to the project, and considering the scale of the system, I actually ended up paying less than I anticipated.
