  AZ Door & Trim did a fantastic job replacing all our interior doors, casings, and baseboards. They were incredibly efficient and got the materials and installation to us really quickly – we were very pleased with the whole experience. report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I scheduled an installation for November 26th, 2018, with Victor between 9am and 10am, and I even took the day off work. Victor never showed up, and I tried calling his number repeatedly after 10am with no luck. It wasn't until 1pm that he finally answered, claiming they hadn't received the necessary parts and that’s why they didn't complete the job. Frankly, it was incredibly unprofessional – they didn’t even bother to let me know what was going on. I was extremely upset by their lack of communication and the complete disregard for my time. I asked him directly if this was how he ran the business, and he assured me it wasn’t, but his actions spoke louder than words. He promised to call me back the next day to reschedule and offer a discount, but he never followed through. I strongly advise against using this company – it was a terrible experience. report abuse

  Victor was a really reliable and professional – he showed up exactly when he was supposed to and did a fantastic job. He was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions thoroughly and really taking the time to ensure everything was perfect.
