  “We had a really positive experience picking up our baseboards this morning, but unfortunately, our afternoon visit left a very sour taste. We realized we needed an extra board, and when we went back, we were initially charged the same price as before. However, they then corrected the mistake and only charged us for one board – our original mistake! Then, they tried to charge us for the second one, despite forgetting to charge us for it in the first place. We ended up paying for two boards because of their error. It wasn’t about the money; it was the principle of the matter. The employee’s response, simply saying ‘we’ll take that into consideration,’ was completely unacceptable. Honestly, the whole situation felt incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Because of this, we won’t be returning or recommending this store to anyone.” report abuse

  “I was so frustrated trying to find someone to fix our interior doors, but Melissa at AZ Door and Trim really saved the day! She quickly provided a clear estimate, arranged for a carpenter to come out the next day, and the job was completed efficiently afterward. They were much more helpful and organized than the other companies I spoke with.   Overall, working with Arizona Door and Trim was a positive experience, though it could have been smoother. We initially planned to just purchase the materials from them, but after our contractor cancelled, we decided to have them handle the installation too. Looking back, it probably would have been simpler to have them do everything from the start – the constant email communication was a bit of a hassle. It’s tricky to fully grasp the specific details of the doors, like whether they’re inset or not, which made the process a little challenging. Despite that, they did an excellent job with the installation and were great about repairing the trim instead of replacing it, which we really appreciated! report abuse
