“I was really pleased with my experience buying doors here. The customer service was fantastic, and Dakota, the salesman, was absolutely wonderful. He really took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect doors for my home – they look fantastic!”

“I was really pleased with The Door and Trim Store. They carry a great selection of parts and the prices were fair. The owner and manager, Dakota, were both incredibly helpful and clearly know their stuff – it was really easy to find everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend them!”

Dakota provided absolutely outstanding service – he really went the extra mile and was always so communicative.

“I was so frustrated with Home Depot and really glad to discover this place! They had exactly what I was looking for – molding, trim, doors, and windows. The staff were fantastic, the prices were great, and the quality of the products seemed really good. Definitely my new go-to!”

“Overall, I had a fantastic experience with this company. Dallin Larson was truly exceptional – he was incredibly helpful, responsive, and really took the time to understand exactly what I needed. He presented me with several good options and ensured everything moved along smoothly, from placing the order to the convenient delivery right to my doorstep. I’d definitely recommend them and especially Dallin if you’re looking for someone who’s reliable and easy to work with.”

“We absolutely loved our experience at this store! A friend recommended it to us, and we’re so glad we followed their advice. Tobin was fantastic – incredibly friendly and helpful, and made the whole process a true pleasure. We’ll definitely be recommending them and this store to anyone looking for trim or doors for their home.”

“I was really disappointed with my recent experience ordering a custom French door from Door and Trim. Unfortunately, the door arrived significantly off the measurements we’d specified, and we ended up paying $250 for a third-party delivery to Prescott. When I contacted Corey about it, he kept insisting the production team had “made it right,” but clearly hadn’t. They wouldn’t offer any kind of solution, like a credit or replacement. Corey also didn't follow up as he promised. As a long-time customer who’s spent a lot of money at the store over the years, it felt like they simply didn't value our business. Honestly, we won’t be shopping there again. However, I want to add a really positive update: The owner personally reached out to me after hearing about the issue, and he was incredibly understanding and offered a full credit on the door. It seems like a miscommunication on their part, and I’m so grateful they took responsibility and resolved the problem. I’m glad to say my faith in this shop is now fully restored.”

“The experience wasn’t great. The larger gentleman seemed completely absorbed in a phone conversation about the Vietnam War and didn’t even notice me waiting there, standing right in front of him. It felt like I was invisible. However, the younger staff member was very helpful and attentive.”

“I had a really frustrating experience with this store. I ordered some baseboard corners, but many of them were faulty – my builder had apparently done some sneaky work. When I called to request a return, the guy who answered, Tobin, wasn’t very helpful. He didn’t give me a clear answer about a return, just told me to come into the store to discuss it. Since I don’t live nearby, I asked if he could be there, but he was out on a delivery. Then, when I finally got to the store, another gentleman confirmed that they wouldn’t accept the returns – and it was because Tobin wasn’t even supposed to be there! It felt incredibly inconvenient and pointless to drive all that way only to be told they wouldn’t help. These were standard, off-the-shelf corners, not a custom order. Honestly, the whole interaction was unbelievable, and I absolutely won’t be shopping here or recommending it to anyone.”
-
“I was really impressed with this company! They were incredibly straightforward and honest, giving me their best price right away – no haggling needed. They had exactly the trim and doors I was looking for, and even better, they were significantly cheaper than Home Depot and got them to me much faster. Plus, their door hardware was fantastic value. Honestly, I’ll definitely be going back to them for any trim, doors, or hardware I need.”
