Hannah was fantastic! She was so friendly and patient, which really made the whole truck rental process easy. I was a little surprised to learn I needed to bring my own insurance, but she handled it perfectly, patiently waiting while I sorted it out online. We ended up chatting for a bit and she seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. And the best part? Her estimate was exactly right – just $149 for the day and $168.82 after tax. I got the insurance through RentalCover.com for $37, and overall it was a really smooth experience thanks to Hannah’s great service.

“Everette’s rental experience was really frustrating. When we returned the broken machine, he wasn’t willing to offer a refund or even a discount. His only options were to let us rent it out for another day or close the transaction out completely.
