She was so friendly and helpful, and she was incredibly patient with me when I realized I needed to bring my own insurance – I had to quickly download a temporary policy online. We ended up chatting for a bit, and she seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. To my surprise, her initial estimate was completely accurate; I paid $149 for the day and $168.82 after taxes, and I got a temporary insurance policy from RentalCover.com for $37.   “Everette’s rental experience was really disappointing. When we returned the machine, he wasn’t willing to offer a refund or even a discount – he just presented us with the option to rent it out for another day or close the transaction. He also claimed a mechanic had been scheduled to come to our job site at 5pm, which we know isn’t true.” report abuse
