“I really wish I could keep this place a secret, it’s that good! But I had to share it – it’s a fantastic alternative to U-Haul. The trucks are seriously nicer, with reverse cameras, air conditioning, and electric windows. Plus, you don’t get charged by the mile, which is a huge plus. It’s great for shorter moves where you just need a truck for a day – I paid only $160 for the whole day, and it was a steal!”

“I rented a cement saw from this company because their initial quote was significantly lower than elsewhere. However, upon picking up the saw, I was told I needed to rent a blade as well – something I specifically asked about during my initial phone call, and was assured wouldn't be necessary. Unfortunately, the saw kept tripping my breaker every minute or so, and I had to use a different outlet (a washing machine plug) to get the job done. Despite this, it took me four or more times longer than it should have, and the extension cord I was using started to melt. I ended up having to buy a separate cement blade for my skill saw to actually finish the job. It was really frustrating because they just showed me a quick cut and didn’t address the underlying problem with the saw. Honestly, I noticed a lot of cuts already made out front, suggesting this wasn’t an isolated issue. I won’t be returning; I’ll definitely go with another rental company, even if it means paying a bit more.”

“Overall, this Home Depot is a solid store with a really friendly and helpful staff. While the building shows a little wear and tear, they still have a great selection of everything you’d expect from a hardware store – and they also have a really impressive range of equipment rentals, too.”
-
“I was happy with the carpet cleaner machine itself, but my experience with the return was really disappointing. The staff were quite rude and charged me a $25 fee, insisting I clean it despite having just rented it. To add to the frustration, the worker spoke to me loudly, which wasn’t a pleasant experience at all.”
-
“I’m a regular shopper here – I really appreciate how consistently smooth my experiences are. It’s a fully stocked store with a great selection of everything from nursery supplies to lumber and equipment rentals.”
-
“This is a really handy place to go if you’re tackling a big project and don’t want to commit to buying a whole new set of tools. They have a great selection, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.”
-
“I was really frustrated with my recent experience. The person I spoke with seemed confused and incorrectly told me the display casing was part of the ratchet I was trying to exchange. Honestly, it felt incredibly dense. To make matters worse, the extension I’d just warranted out broke completely after only an hour of use – it was a total letdown.”
-
“Overall, the rental department operates really well – things consistently run smoothly, and the team there is always helpful and friendly.”
-
“They really have a good selection of rental equipment.”
-
“Honestly, the experience with tool rental was incredibly frustrating. There seemed to be a lack of organization and communication – it felt like a chaotic situation with no clear direction.”
