“I really wish I could keep this place a secret, it’s that good! But honestly, I have to recommend it – it’s a fantastic alternative to U-Haul. The trucks are so much nicer – they’ve got reverse cameras, air conditioning, and electric windows. Plus, you don’t pay by the mile, which is a huge bonus. You can go anywhere for a set rate, and for just $160, you can rent it for the whole day if everything’s already packed! It’s a really great deal, especially if you don’t have a long distance to travel.”

“I rented a cement saw from this company after getting a really competitive price over the phone. However, upon arrival, they informed me I also needed to rent the blade, which I hadn’t been told about during the initial call. The saw itself was problematic—it kept tripping my breaker every minute or so. I documented this with a video and even used a 25-amp extension cord to try and resolve it, but it still wouldn’t run consistently. Despite my efforts, the job took four times longer than it should have, and I even started to damage an extension cord. I ended up having to buy a different blade for my skill saw to actually finish the work. Frankly, it was frustrating because they just showed me a small cut to try and dismiss the issue, and it was clear this was a recurring problem – I saw multiple similar cuts already made. I won’t be returning and will definitely look for a different tool rental company, even if it means paying a little more.”

“Overall, it’s a solid Home Depot location. The staff were really helpful, which was great. The store itself is a little older, but they still had a good selection of everything you’d expect from a hardware store, and they even had a surprisingly large range of industrial equipment rentals.”
-
I was really happy with the carpet cleaner machine itself – it did a great job. However, my experience with the return was incredibly frustrating. They charged me a $25 fee, insisting I clean it despite having already done so. To top it off, the worker was quite rude and raised his voice during the interaction. It was really unpleasant.

“I’m a regular customer here – I really appreciate how convenient it is and I’ve never had any issues. It’s a great store with a good selection, including everything from nursery supplies to lumber and equipment rentals.”
-
“This is a really handy place to go if you’ve got a big job ahead of you and you’re not quite ready to commit to buying all the tools outright. They have a great range of equipment and the staff were really friendly and helpful.”
-
“I was really frustrated with this experience. I got a tool exchanged, but the person helping me seemed completely confused and insisted the display casing was part of the ratchet – it was a ridiculous misunderstanding. Then, the tool I’d just received immediately broke after only an hour of use. Honestly, it was a really disappointing and frustrating situation.”
-
Overall, the rental department operates really well – things always seem to run smoothly, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful.
-
“It’s great to see they have such a good selection of rental equipment.”
-
“There were some significant issues with communication and organization regarding the tool rental process. It felt incredibly disorganized and frustrating, and frankly, the staff seemed unprepared and lacking in clear direction.”
