  “We were so thrilled with Floor One – we found them while shopping for tile at Floor and Decor. As first-time homeowners, we were hoping to get our floors and one shower done before moving in, and with just two weeks to do it, we were understandably stressed. Gabe was fantastic; he really understood the urgency of our situation, and the team completely blew us away. They managed to finish a huge 1,700 square feet of tile flooring and the new shower in just 13 days! The crew was incredibly skilled and efficient, and it was clear they took immense pride in their work. Beyond the installation, Enrique went above and beyond to handle our materials at Floor and Decor, and Jose and his partner quickly and expertly replaced all our baseboards. Even with a few minor things needing attention at the end – Benny took care of everything with minimal disruption. Oscar was a fantastic project manager, coordinating all the different teams seamlessly. Honestly, we were expecting delays and cost overruns, but they delivered the project on time, and our new floors have become the talk of the town – everyone who’s visited has commented on how beautiful they are!   We absolutely loved working with Floor One to completely revamp our floors! From the initial estimate with Chris, to the selection of our laminate, and the flawless installation, the whole process was incredibly smooth and professional. The demolition of our existing tile – which was a pretty big job covering almost 950 square feet – was handled with a lot of care; the crew did everything they could to minimize dust, and we really appreciated their help moving our furniture. Francisco and Jesus, in particular, were amazing – their dedication to quality and the pride they took in their work was outstanding. The project took a little longer than we expected, but the final result is truly perfect. It’s clear Floor One doesn’t cut corners, and the owner himself even stopped by to check on the progress. They completely finished the vinyl in the kitchen and both bathrooms, and Ceasar and his crew were truly outstanding – the work was top-notch. They also took care of replacing all the baseboards.   “I’m so pleased with the new flooring installed by Floor One. They completed 2500 square feet of Mohawk laminate in my home, and it looks fantastic! Victor was a huge help, guiding me through the best options and really understanding what I was looking for. It was a re-flooring project, and thankfully, Victor’s careful attention to detail – especially the meticulous cuts around the tub and under the vanity – completely corrected a previous bad experience.   “I can’t recommend Floor One and, specifically, Chris and Magali, enough! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Chris was so accommodating – he really took the time to understand my schedule and worked diligently to get everything done within the tight timeframe I’d given him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Pioneer SPC vinyl flooring I chose and went above and beyond to expedite the process. Magali was amazing throughout the entire project, acting as my main point of contact during the demo, prep work, and the final floor laying. She was always communicative, answered all my questions patiently, and even helped me navigate the Green Sky financing. Chris even went the extra mile by meeting me halfway to drop off the key and delivering it personally that same day! The installers did a truly outstanding job – the floor looks exactly as advertised, and I’m so happy with the results.   “I absolutely loved the remodel of my walk-in shower – it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish and I wholeheartedly give it 5 stars! From the very beginning, Chris Colin was fantastic; he was so knowledgeable and friendly that we immediately felt comfortable trusting him. Alonso Escorcia, the installer, was just incredible – his experience and skill were evident in the quality of his work. He was incredibly reliable, cleaned up meticulously every day, and even offered some really helpful suggestions to enhance the design. Francisco Romero was a huge help alongside Alonso, and Nolberto Carrillo was amazing for the quality control and any touch-ups. Paul, our project manager, went above and beyond, checking in with me daily and resolving any material issues quickly.
