  I was so thrilled with the recent renovation of my shower by Floor One! Years ago, a friend had built a walk-in shower in the space where my old tub was, and I’d been hoping to get it finished. I found Floor One at a Home show and got a fantastic deal to have them “rebuild” it – I’ve always called it my shower, and now it’s absolutely amazing. They completed the job in just eight days, and the workers were fantastic – really friendly and patient, answering all my questions. Christian, in particular, did an incredible job; you could tell he took a lot of pride in his work and went above and beyond what I expected. I honestly think I’ve made a new friend! It’s amazing what you can do with a double-wide home – Floor One was a pleasure to work with, too. report abuse

  Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the text: “I unfortunately had a really disappointing experience with Floor One. The laminate installer did a solid job, but the tile contractor was a major issue. He was consistently late, left broken tile scattered around the house, and made several inaccurate cuts. What was really frustrating was that we had extra tiles he just discarded. The grout work was also terrible – it was patchy and uneven, and the contractor reacted very defensively when we raised our concerns. To make matters worse, after we pointed out the issues, the Floor One representative focused on how much work it would take to fix the grout, rather than addressing the quality of the initial installation. They even stopped short of completing the grout color correction, staining the tile with acid and leaving it unfinished. Now the tile has a noticeable yellow tint. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend using Floor One.” report abuse

  “I just wanted to say how fantastic my experience was with Floor One. From the very beginning, Richard at the store was great, and then Jesse and Cris did a really thorough job estimating. But it was Caesar and his installation team who really stood out – they were incredibly professional, informative, and, honestly, made the whole process so much less stressful. Paul’s daily check-ins were a huge comfort, and he was always there to answer any questions I had. The finished floor looks absolutely amazing!
