They worked incredibly hard all day, were super friendly and professional, and made sure we were completely satisfied with every detail. He helped my mom pick out new carpet for her house before it went on the market, and he really took the time to show me a lot of different options and padding. Mark was great at helping us find something that looked fantastic and was also budget-friendly. When he came to measure, he was incredibly helpful – he even showed us diagrams on his tablet to illustrate how the carpet would fit and minimize waste. Mark was just really easy to work with and offered some excellent suggestions.   “I just wanted to share an amazing experience we had with this flooring company. We initially got a quote a couple of years back, but weren’t ready to move forward then. Thankfully, Mark, our current representative, reached out to check in on our interest, and we were thrilled to explore the possibility again. He was fantastic – incredibly patient, listened carefully to what we wanted, and was really creative in finding options that fit our budget. We ended up with vinyl plank flooring for our stairs, hallway, and loft, and carpet in the bedrooms. Mark managed to save us around 40% compared to the original quote, which was a huge bonus! The whole process, from start to finish, took just three days and the quality and the final result were fantastic. We especially loved the white risers on our stairs – they gave the space a really modern look.
