  I absolutely loved working with Floor Coverings International Mesa – especially Alan Jones. He was so helpful and really took the stress out of getting our carpets and baseboards installed. He walked us through every step, from measuring to choosing the right materials, and was always available to answer our questions.   Kris and Mario were absolutely fantastic! We’re so pleased with the beautiful new floors they installed throughout half of our house, but honestly, their service was just as impressive. They were significantly more affordable than other quotes we received, and when our tile order was delayed, they went above and beyond to find a local replacement so the project wouldn’t be held up – something they weren’t obligated to do. Throughout the whole process, the communication was excellent, and we always knew exactly what to expect. Despite the naturally messy nature of tearing out old flooring and installing new tile, they were incredibly diligent about cleaning up each day and did a fantastic, thorough clean at the end.   We were so pleased with Floor Coverings International Mesa – they did a fantastic job replacing all the carpet in our home. The quality of the carpet and padding was truly excellent. Kris was incredibly attentive, and she quickly addressed a minor issue with the first roll, getting it replaced promptly. She went above and beyond, staying involved throughout the two-day installation to ensure everything was perfect.   Kris and Kyle did an absolutely fantastic job! From start to finish, the whole process was really smooth – getting the quote was easy and they were very clear about everything. The scheduling went perfectly, and the quality of the work itself was outstanding. I’m really impressed with the team’s effort and responsiveness throughout the project.   I absolutely love my new floors from Floor Coverings International Mesa! They did a fantastic job installing them throughout my entire 1200 square foot home, and I was so impressed from start to finish. The initial consultation was really helpful – the representative, Kris, was incredibly knowledgeable and didn't pressure me at all to choose something I wasn't sure about. The installation itself was quick, taking just two days, and the crew was incredibly professional and even took care of moving my furniture. I'm so happy with the results and it truly transformed my home. And even better, after a stressful time dealing with water damage and having to have some of my new floors removed, Kris stepped in to seamlessly match the original flooring and handle the repairs for me – a truly amazing service!   We were absolutely thrilled with our experience with Floor Coverings International! From the very beginning, Joy was fantastic – we instantly felt comfortable with her, and she took the time to really understand our needs and preferences. She brought over some excellent samples and explained everything in detail, which really put us at ease. We were also so pleased with Zach’s recommendation for the subfloor work. It’s clear he’s a valued member of the team. And the floor team itself did a wonderful job – they were incredibly respectful of our home and our belongings, and they were always willing to answer our questions and make sure we were comfortable with each step of the process. Finally, the carpet team was amazing! Given the size of our furniture and the limited space we had, they skillfully navigated the installation, and we really appreciated their thorough explanation of how they were going to move everything. They even helped us prepare by having us remove the drawers from our dressers. Throughout the entire process, the teams were professional and considerate, and we really appreciated the cleanup afterward.
