  “Working with this company, and especially Ben, was honestly a fantastic experience. As a first-time homeowner completely new to flooring, I felt really overwhelmed. Ben was amazing – he patiently walked me through everything, from understanding the different requirements to figuring out the underlayment. He went above and beyond, even writing a letter to my HOA to help explain the materials and sound insulation aspects. Because of his years of hands-on experience, his knowledge and guidance were truly invaluable. I was struggling to find the specific flooring I wanted, and Ben really stepped up. He even set aside stock for me when he could, and he took the time to speak with the contractors I was considering to ensure they had the right expertise. He meticulously tracked the delivery to make sure it aligned with the contractors' schedule. Despite being based in Arizona, he was incredibly responsive and available – it was amazing to have someone so dedicated, especially considering the distance. When the huge shipment of wood flooring arrived, he was right there with me on a video call, helping with the inspection. It turned out everything was perfect, and the flooring is absolutely stunning! We were really pleased with the competitive quote we received, and Dani was fantastic – she really helped us secure the order and kept us updated on everything. We had a tricky situation with the shipment taking much longer than expected, and there were a few bumps along the way, but Dani was incredibly responsive and helpful in getting the floors delivered to us. Luckily, we found the exact same floor online at Flooring 4 Less. Dani was fantastic – she was so helpful and answered all of my questions patiently.
