  “I just wanted to share an amazing experience we had with Semper Fi when they installed our new Johnson Controls AC/heat pump. From the very first email, they were incredibly responsive – I received a text message and then a call from a real person to schedule a meeting. Neal, the service manager, was fantastic; he spent nearly three hours carefully diagnosing our old unit, walked us through all the replacement and repair options, and patiently explained the different models and their benefits. Importantly, they never pressured us to rush into a decision. The installation itself was seamless. Jared and Corbin arrived right on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and left our house spotless! They were also very informative about the whole process. Honestly, they were so much better than the other three quotes we got – Semper Fi was by far the most thorough and professional.   “Honestly, we were in a really tough spot during that holiday weekend – a complete panic! Thankfully, Semper Fi came to the rescue. Rob was fantastic; he immediately put us at ease and gave us some really valuable advice, which we desperately needed. I really wish we’d called him first. His team did an amazing job, recommending the perfect AC unit and then getting it installed so quickly. The installers were incredibly professional, explaining everything clearly and even sending us photos of their progress. It was a huge relief!   I’m incredibly disappointed with the entire experience I’ve had with this company. From the outset, there were significant miscommunications and a lack of accountability. Initially, Juan provided an estimate that included everything promised, even a $5,000 credit for the electrical work, but this wasn’t reflected in the final installation. The team repeatedly assured me that all supply lines would be replaced with copper, despite this not being standard practice. During the installation, the crew seemed completely unaware of critical details – the $1,000 check, the switch to 220V, and the need to replace the aluminum supply lines. They attempted to address electrical issues by simply swapping breakers, despite not being licensed to perform electrical work. As the issues mounted, attempts to get a direct response from management were met with delays and vague promises. The situation escalated when the wrong-sized AC unit was installed, and ultimately, a 3-ton unit purchased and paid for was replaced with a smaller one. Throughout this process, I felt completely disregarded and unsupported. Promises were made, then broken, and communication was consistently lacking. The final result is a partially completed job with unresolved issues, and I’m left with a substantial loss of trust. report abuse

Luckily, we found Semper Fi, and they were fantastic! They responded immediately – on a Sunday – to assess the situation and scheduled a new installation for the following Monday. What really stood out was their generosity; they honored my dad’s service by applying a veteran’s discount. They were incredibly respectful and professional, and we were thrilled with the deals and prices they offered.   “I’ve been using Semper Fi Heating and Cooling for my regular seasonal maintenance, and I’ve been incredibly impressed. They’re always punctual, do a really thorough job, and explain everything clearly. I have a 10-year-old unit that wasn't running as efficiently as it should, and they identified some potential issues. They recommended a rebuild, which was surprisingly affordable – a much better option than buying a new unit.   “Semper Fi was absolutely fantastic! They really came through for us last week. I contacted them on Tuesday and they scheduled a walk-through, and we had our new AC unit installed by Friday. It was a little tricky getting the appointment set up, but I was really grateful they explained there was a family emergency with the initial technician. The two installers were incredibly professional and hardworking – they were constantly on it and even took the time to check for any damage before and after the installation.
