  I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. The summer unit installed in my home isn’t working correctly – it’s not cooling at all, and my house temperature is consistently around 86 degrees, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering it’s summer in Arizona. I’ve had several technicians visit who offered conflicting diagnoses, mentioning issues with the compressor and the exchange unit, but no concrete solutions or updates have been provided. I’ve waited over a week for a response, and still haven’t heard anything. This lack of communication and inaction has completely eroded my trust in this company. Frankly, it’s shown a serious lack of integrity. I’m seriously considering taking this further and pursuing action through the Better Business Bureau and legal counsel. I strongly advise others to avoid this company. report abuse

  “I was a little surprised to need a replacement for my existing unit, but I was really impressed with Semper Fi’s service. The technician explained everything clearly and was incredibly helpful and understanding. They were also fantastic about getting my new A/C scheduled quickly, especially since we were dealing with really hot weather. The team arrived right on time the next day, were friendly and got the job done really efficiently – we had cold air in no time!” report abuse

  “I hired Semper Fi to replace an old water heater, mainly to avoid the hassle of a sudden breakdown with young children at home. They gave me a quote, and I went ahead with the installation, which was thankfully quick and they cleaned up thoroughly. However, the new unit is noticeably louder than the 40-year-old one it replaced. Unfortunately, it stopped working less than two days after installation – on a Sunday – and that was incredibly frustrating. They initially said someone would be out the same day, but then had to reschedule, and it wasn’t until the following day, especially with the extreme heat (111°F!), that they could send someone to fix it. Because of this, I ended up having to leave home unexpectedly and miss work, which was completely unacceptable given I’d paid for a new unit to prevent problems like this.” report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the service we received from Semper Fi. They did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC unit quickly and efficiently, and at a very competitive price. James, our sales representative, was particularly helpful – he was so knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The installers were also thorough and took the time to explain the entire installation process, which put us at ease. As a recent widow, I especially appreciated the respectful and patient service I received; all my questions were answered completely to my satisfaction.   “I wanted to share my experience with Semper Fi. On Thursday, July 25th, I called about my failing A/C system, and Alex scheduled a technician, Rob, to come out between 4pm and 8pm. Rob was there as promised, and he quickly diagnosed a lot of serious issues with my system – it was nearing 11 years old and was starting to fail both inside and out. He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to pressure me into a quick repair or replacement. Based on his honest assessment, I decided to go ahead with a new system. The installation was fantastic – Keith and Luis did a great job and got the whole thing done in about six hours. Now my new system is super quiet and my house is finally comfortable! The total cost, including all the discounts and extras like the warranty and maintenance plan, came to $13,477.89.   Semper Fi were fantastic – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Rob was so helpful, explaining everything clearly before I made my purchase, and the installers, Joey, Andrew, Michael, and Geo, were all incredibly nice and really knew their stuff.
