  “We were so pleased with the service we received from the cooling company. They quickly and efficiently fixed the issues with our propane tank lines, which had been poorly installed by a previous plumber. They were punctual, professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. We really appreciated the transparent communication and the fact that the job was completed exactly as quoted.   Honestly, we were really let down by Jay and his plumbing company. The rates they quoted – over $600 an hour for a straightforward job, and even after we supplied the materials – felt incredibly unreasonable. To add to that, the technician didn't seem to know much about our plumbing system despite claiming to be an expert. We definitely won’t be using their services again and we’re planning to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It’s important to carefully consider the costs involved before choosing a plumber. report abuse

  The Kirkpatricks were so pleased with the service they received from Cooling & Plumbing Company. They were incredibly responsive, scheduling an appointment right away after a phone call and text. Patrick, the technician, was professional, explained everything clearly, and did a fantastic job installing the new water lines and connections for their refrigerator and dishwasher.   Jay was absolutely fantastic – he really went above and beyond while he was visiting his family. I ended up needing some plumbing work done, and he stepped up immediately, tackling jobs others wouldn’t even attempt. He’s got a real skill and a commitment to quality and doing things right, and honestly, I wish he lived closer! I’d hire him to handle all my properties and business needs in a heartbeat.   Jay and his team were fantastic! They took care of our gas stove and even went above and beyond by replacing three hose bibs for us.   “I was really impressed with this company! They were incredibly responsive, giving me a quote over the phone after I sent them a picture of the work needed. They were also very respectful – my husband was out of state when I spoke with them, and they still took the time to discuss everything thoroughly. The estimate they provided was accurate, and it was great to see how much closer it was to the actual cost compared to another quote I received that would have doubled the price.
