  “We’ve been a loyal Duke’s customer for a few years, but our recent experience was a real letdown. Honestly, it was pretty shocking to find a large chip on our wall after they’d just finished servicing our air conditioning. The young receptionist we spoke with didn’t seem particularly concerned, and it felt like our complaint wasn’t taken seriously. However, I’m really pleased to say that Duke’s quickly stepped up and made things right. They contacted us the next day, apologized, and immediately scheduled a replacement for the attic door. It looks fantastic now, and even better than before. Our technician, Ace, was also incredibly kind and helpful – a real asset to the team. Because of this, we’ll definitely be giving Duke’s another chance.” report abuse

  “I was so relieved to find Dukes of Air – having a reliable AC is absolutely essential in Arizona, and they really delivered. Cris and Gerald did a fantastic job installing our new 2-stage unit, and I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail. They sent me plenty of pictures during the installation, which was incredibly helpful with my rooftop unit, and they even checked to make sure it was perfectly level. They also took the time to swap out my old vent with one that was better suited for my home’s layout. Plus, they meticulously checked and calibrated the unit to ensure it was running efficiently. After getting quotes from several companies, Dukes of Air were not only competitive on price, but they also provided outstanding customer service, from the initial sales consultation to scheduling the work.
