  “I wanted to give a really positive review of the service I received yesterday. My A/C unit went out, and Duke’s of Air responded incredibly quickly. Ace, the technician, was fantastic – he was so patient and explained the whole problem and the fix in a way that was easy for me to understand, even though I don’t know much about A/C.   “We used Dukes of Air last summer to get our HVAC system checked out before the Arizona heat really kicked in, and we were so pleased with the service. Tony was our technician, and he was fantastic – he quickly identified and resolved a couple of problems right then and there.   Ricky did a really great job with our AC check-up. He was super reliable and professional, and he took the time to explain everything so clearly. He really went the extra mile to thoroughly inspect our system and even offered some helpful suggestions – all without any pushy sales tactics.   “We had a really frustrating situation with our AC – it was running constantly but not actually cooling anything. Thankfully, we’ve found Dukes to be our reliable go-to HVAC company. We called them late Friday night and they responded incredibly quickly, sending Dustin out Saturday morning at 11am. He diagnosed the problem – a faulty coil – and got the system back up and running, even recharging the coolant to keep us comfortable while we wait for the parts. Dustin was fantastic; he was punctual, worked really efficiently, and did a great job explaining everything that needed to be done. We especially appreciate Dukes’ availability with their coverage from 7am to 7pm, seven days a week, and the fact that there were no extra charges for weekend service!” report abuse
