  “I was initially really pleased with the estimator who came to discuss the job – he was incredibly professional and answered all my questions thoroughly, which is why we decided to go with USI. Unfortunately, things went downhill once the scheduling process started. I was constantly being told it would be ‘next week,’ and I kept getting different excuses. I just wanted a firm date, and it felt like I was being bounced around. It wasn’t until I spoke to a supervisor who actually visited the site that things shifted, and he assured me it could be done in a day over the weekend. While the insulation work itself looks great and I’m satisfied with the final product, the poor scheduling ultimately caused a significant delay and lost us some revenue.” report abuse

  “We’ve been incredibly frustrated with the experience we’ve had with Fulton Homes and USI Mesa Insulation regarding the insulation in our home. Fulton Homes uses USI Mesa for their new builds, and we were assured R30 insulation was installed in our ceilings. However, our second floor was consistently uncomfortably hot, often reaching temperatures in the 90s. USI Mesa sent multiple technicians out to investigate, but they were unable to identify the issue. Another insulation company quickly pinpointed the problem – a complete lack of R0 insulation in our entire second floor attic, which had been missing for 18 months! My son developed heat rashes while sleeping in his second-floor bedroom due to the extreme heat. Ultimately, it’s clear that this was a failure on the part of both Fulton Homes and USI Mesa Insulation.” report abuse
