They tried to sell me on all these fancy extras that I didn’t need, and I ended up spending hours with them. Sam was the complete opposite – he came out, gave me a fair price, and got the job done quickly and professionally. After moving in, I realized my guest bathtub didn’t have enough support, and Sam quickly stepped in. He provided a quote and expertly installed high-density foam under the tub through a small access panel – a fantastic solution that saved me a huge hassle and a lot of money.   “I was really pleased with the service I received from Sam at Valley Insulation. He was the first to call me back after I requested quotes, and he even came out on a Saturday to assess the job. His quote was noticeably lower than the other estimates I’d gotten, and he explained exactly why – there was already a good amount of insulation in place, but just some significant gaps he could easily fill. Sam took the time to walk me through the issues in the attic himself, and he really encouraged me to go up there with him to see it firsthand. I ended up going with him, and I was so impressed with his thoroughness. Another company I contacted offered a quote that was double Sam’s, and they ultimately couldn’t do the job because the spaces were too tight. Sam completed the work this morning, and it looks fantastic! He even sent me before and after photos and invited me to check it out myself. Seriously, it exceeded my expectations. He’s a fantastic professional and a genuinely nice guy. When we needed a quick touch-up after our plumbers moved some insulation during a water line installation, they stepped right in and took care of it completely free of charge – exactly as they promised. Sam and his team were fantastic – super responsive, got back to us quickly for a quote, and did the job efficiently in just an hour. They even cleaned up all the little insulation bits that fell out, which was a really nice touch.
