  Honestly, I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company was really frustrating. I reached out multiple times – by email, phone, and even left messages over the weekend – and despite scheduling a quote for Friday, they called just ten minutes before to reschedule for next week. It felt incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Considering the significant investment involved in a backyard renovation (easily $10,000+), I really would have appreciated better communication and a more proactive approach. (After owner's response) To be clear, I wasn’t willing to reschedule because I was also getting quotes from other companies who offered better service. I wish they had followed up sooner, perhaps when I initially contacted them or even after my initial message on Monday, instead of waiting until the last minute. report abuse

  “I’ve hired Az Landscape Pros twice now and couldn’t be happier with the results. James was fantastic – he gave me a really accurate quote with honest pricing, and he got straight to work. He’s a genuinely great guy and does a top-notch job. I’ve used them primarily for paver and rock work, and I found their prices to be fair.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with this company. They initially provided a quote for a pergola in early October, and I was impressed, so I moved forward with the project. However, communication has been a nightmare – I’ve had to repeatedly reach out, and the promised deadlines, including Thanksgiving, were completely missed. The contract itself was filled with errors, and it wasn’t until last week that they admitted they’d sent the correct version. Now, just a day before the scheduled start date of November 13th, they’re telling me they can’t complete the project by Thanksgiving due to unforeseen delays and material issues. After all the frustration of unanswered calls and broken promises, I’m left feeling completely let down. What’s truly upsetting is the unprofessional customer service. I initially had a good feeling about the company, and even mentioned it to their representative, but it seems they’ve become unresponsive and, frankly, unwilling to work with me. It’s ironic that my only request was for regular updates on the timeline, and they responded by accusing me of making assumptions. Ultimately, this has been a massive waste of my time – a month has gone by with no progress on this project. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the sprinkler replacement. After they installed new heads because the old ones weren’t covering my yard properly, the new ones quickly proved to be even worse. I contacted them about it, but they completely ignored my emails and never sent anyone out to take a look. Despite multiple reminders over the course of a month, they didn’t show up at all, and my yard suffered significantly. Ultimately, they just brushed me off and told me they were too busy and didn’t care about repairs – it felt incredibly unprofessional.” report abuse

  I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this company. From my experience, they consistently failed to deliver on their promises – work was often rushed and the quality was noticeably subpar. Communication was a major issue too; the owner frequently changed their approach without explanation and avoided addressing problems directly.   I’m incredibly disappointed with AZ Landscape Pros. We hired them for a major landscaping project, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. They made a lot of promises about a thorough 10-day walk-through and then a 30-day one, but neither actually happened. It’s clear they don’t value their clients or keep their commitments. The quality of the work is terrible – the turf is wrinkled, nail heads are exposed, and the seams are incredibly visible. Communication has been a joke; James talks a good game but Milton mostly hides behind emails, and Jenna simply doesn’t follow through. Honestly, if I could give them zero stars, I would. Avoid AZ Landscape Pros at all costs! report abuse

  Marc and his team did an absolutely fantastic job transforming my backyard! They really created a beautiful, usable space, and I was impressed with how reasonable the price was – plus they kept me updated throughout the whole project. I’d definitely recommend them. report abuse

  James and his team did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our home – we were so impressed with their creativity and the quality of their work. James was particularly helpful, offering really great ideas and suggestions, and he was also incredibly fair and professional throughout the entire process.
