  “I couldn’t be happier with the work AZ Landscape Pros did for our backyard! They completely transformed it – it’s now such a beautiful and comfortable space. The team was incredibly professional and did absolutely top-notch work, from the paver walkway and irrigation system to the Alumawood pergola and the landscaping details like the rock accents and pet-friendly garden. Jenna was fantastic too; she really listened to our needs, helped us create a great plan based on our plot, and even made some changes when we needed to get HOA approval. It was clear they were dedicated to making sure everything was perfect for us and our pets. Honestly, the price we paid was fantastic considering the huge amount of work they did. While someone from AZ Landscape Pros did eventually call to explain that Mark didn’t show up for our scheduled appointment on the 17th – I was at work and couldn’t return the call – I ultimately chose to go with another landscaping company. It felt incredibly unfair to be judged negatively based solely on my review, which simply outlined the facts: Mark didn't appear, there was no communication, and I was left without an estimate after a confirmed appointment.” report abuse

They did an amazing job transforming our space – they installed beautiful turf, extended our pool deck, and even built a gorgeous pergola. The whole process was so smooth and stress-free. The team was incredibly professional, always on time, and clearly passionate about doing a fantastic job. The turf looks incredible, the deck extension fits in perfectly with the rest of the design, and the pergola has really elevated the whole area. Jenna and Marc were fantastic to work with; they really listened to our vision for our new backyard in Queen Creek and helped us select the perfect pavers and artificial turf package.   Overall, the hardscaping, turf, and paver project turned out really well, and I’m very pleased with the final result – you can see the difference in the photos. However, the project took significantly longer than initially anticipated, starting in April and not finishing until [Date - assuming it was later than early May], largely due to the impact of COVID-19 on supply chains. AZ Landscape Pros did a fantastic job with the quality of the work, and I believe their pricing was fair. It would have been a perfect five-star experience, but communication could be improved. There were a few instances where the crew didn’t show up as scheduled without any prior notification, which was understandably frustrating. I’ve shared this feedback with them, and they've responded constructively. Just be aware and prepared for potential delays, but rest assured, the team’s workmanship is truly top-notch. report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with AZ Landscape Pros. Given the crazy demand for landscaping and the supply chain issues at the time, we were prepared for potential delays. What really set them apart was their expertise – they were the only company licensed to install pergolas and screened-in porches, and crucially, they took care of getting the necessary HOA approval by submitting all the required documents for us. They even proactively addressed our HOA’s drainage requirement, which proved vital during the record-breaking monsoon season, preventing flooding in our neighborhood. While not the cheapest option, they delivered exactly what we needed and did a fantastic job. We’ll definitely be using them again when we’re ready to upgrade our front yard to turf. Communication could be a little challenging at times, especially with them moving offices during a busy period, but emails were consistently the best way to reach them. We’d wholeheartedly recommend them. report abuse

  “I’m absolutely thrilled with the work AZ Landscape Pros did for me back in December 2020 – they installed artificial turf around my pool and in some garden beds. Mark and Amber were fantastic to work with; they were always responsive and kept me updated. They suggested adding a French drain to address a sloping area in my backyard, and I’m so glad we went with that recommendation, especially with the recent rain! It’s really helped manage the water runoff. The artificial turf itself looks fantastic – about 575 square feet – and it’s incredibly sleek and clean. The travertine caps they used matched my existing decking perfectly. But what really stood out was their attention to detail. They even went above and beyond by removing some pavers that were no longer needed because of the turf installation, and they didn’t charge me a thing for it! They re-laid them to create a little platform for my grill. Honestly, it was the most meticulous and professional installation I’ve ever had. I’ve had artificial turf installed before, and it’s always been a hassle, but AZ Landscape Pros really knows what they’re doing. The whole project took a little longer than initially estimated – about two weeks instead of one – but we weren’t in a huge rush, and we had a really pleasant experience overall.” report abuse
