  “We completely transformed our backyard into something much more manageable, focusing on desert-inspired plants and low-maintenance design. After getting quotes from a few landscaping companies, we went with Sonoran Landscape Design – they really seemed to get what we were looking for, and their design perfectly matched our goals. The project involved a lot of work, including demolition, building new stonework, installing irrigation and drainage, and adding travertine and brick. Ryan was our main point of contact, and he was fantastic. He was always available to answer our questions and meet with us, and he really went the extra mile to make sure we were completely happy with the results. The crew was also incredibly skilled, professional, and really friendly. Honestly, we absolutely love our new backyard – it’s such a relaxing space, and we now have so much more time to enjoy it, especially with the dogs!” report abuse

  “We’re absolutely thrilled with the amazing yard remodel! We’d been wanting a really durable and high-quality update after tackling a DIY project when we first moved in. The final result is truly stunning, and we’re so grateful it all wrapped up during the winter. It’s become our favorite spot – we love relaxing by the firepit, grilling, and even using the pizza oven.   “Working with Sonoran was a really mixed experience. Their work itself was consistently high quality, but honestly, communication was a huge challenge throughout the project – before, during, and especially after. Getting them to follow through on what they said they’d do, and sticking to timelines, was incredibly difficult. The field team really lacked quality control, which meant we had to repeatedly send them back to correct issues they’d either introduced or hadn’t fully resolved. I’d definitely hold off on paying the full amount until all outstanding items were completely taken care of, and I noticed support slowed significantly once payment was made – it took over a year to address our concerns. Ultimately, I think we’d have struggled without the direct involvement of Sonoran’s ownership team, who were completely dedicated to getting the job done right. I want to give a special shout-out to Jason – he was fantastic and really stepped in to make sure everything was resolved and we reached our goal.” report abuse
