The team did an absolutely fantastic job – from the very beginning with Keileb to everyone else. They were incredibly thorough, tidying up perfectly before leaving, and the solar panel installer was really efficient and quick. Great work, everyone!

“Valley Voltage was fantastic! Zachary and his team were incredibly efficient – they got our AC installed really quickly and then seamlessly got our solar system up and running. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend them.”

“I had a really frustrating experience after responding to an online ad. The salesperson, Justin, was quite rude and just hung up on me while I was talking. It was incredibly inconvenient for him to call me on a weekend and then not follow up with a text as he’d initially contacted me. Asking for my address right away felt intrusive, especially since the ad had misled me about a free AC unit. When I mentioned I already had solar, he abruptly ended the call. Honestly, the whole interaction felt incredibly unethical – the misleading ad combined with his aggressive sales tactics is really concerning.”

Valley Voltage was fantastic – they truly went above and beyond to help me get set up off-grid. Preston was especially wonderful; he was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Brandon really made the whole process so easy and stress-free. He was fantastic to work with, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone.
-
Zach was fantastic – really patient and thorough, taking the time to answer all my questions and walk me through all the solar options. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone considering going solar.

Valley Voltage, and especially Preston, were fantastic – incredibly easy to work with. As a busy family, we really appreciate a service that just works, and they delivered that perfectly. We’re so pleased with their efficient and thorough work, and I’ll absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know.

“The crew were fantastic – so polite and professional. They really went above and beyond, making sure to clean up around the property every day and removing all nails and debris. I’d definitely recommend them!”

Here’s a natural-sounding evaluation of the situation: “Be extremely cautious with this company. They’ll heavily promote a government credit to help cover the cost of their product, and they’ll structure a contract with reduced monthly payments that are only meant to be covered by the credit after 18 months. However, the actual IRS credit is spread out over three years. The real catch is that if you don't pay the final portion of the service within that 18-month timeframe, you’re locked into a 25-year contract with triple the original monthly payment. This is a classic sales tactic – a deceptive offer designed to trap you. **Please, read the entire contract very carefully before signing anything.**”

“I was really impressed with Valley Voltage. They’re a genuinely reliable company – super professional and their customer service was fantastic. They got my solar system up and running incredibly quickly, and I feel completely confident in their service. Definitely worth the investment.”
