  “Preston was fantastic – he put together a really thorough estimate for the additional panels, battery, and AC unit I needed, and the total price was exactly what I was looking for. I appreciated his help with the paperwork and, unfortunately, had to cancel my first solar loan to manage my payments, but Preston handled the whole process with great care and understanding.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. They made promises about our solar system generating 80% of our energy, but the actual output is averaging only 35%. When their technicians visit, they consistently tell us everything is working perfectly, which is completely misleading. We’re paying $350 a month and only saving $90 – it feels like a complete scam.” report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience with Zachary and his team. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the solar system and explained everything clearly. I ultimately decided to pay cash for the array, which I now believe was the best decision – it allowed me to take full advantage of the state and federal tax credits instead of giving them to the financing company. The system itself is fantastic, really modern with the smartphone app that gives you real-time data on your energy production. It’s been incredibly useful to schedule my high-energy tasks, like running the dryer, to coincide with peak sunlight. Plus, the reports are easily exportable to Excel if you like that kind of thing. I’ve only had about two weeks of solar production so far, during the winter months, and my bill was just $35. I'm really looking forward to seeing how much of a difference it makes during the summer when the sun is stronger. I’m planning to hold off on adding a battery storage system for now, based on what I’ve been reading about the industry, but I’ll definitely be looking into one around 2026. report abuse
