  Overall, we were really pleased with our new windows from Performance Windows. They look fantastic and we absolutely love the added functionality, particularly the sliding screens – they’re brilliant for keeping things clean and handy for getting things in and out.   Overall, Performance Windows did a fantastic job – we’re so pleased with the whole experience. Honestly, we weren’t seriously considering new windows at first, but their pricing and the quality of the products really caught our eye. The sales team was great; they never pushed us and were incredibly clear about the pricing and the process. Plus, the installers were exceptionally professional and surprisingly quick! We were really impressed with how quickly they got the job done. Beyond just looking great, we’ve already seen a noticeable difference in our home’s temperature. Our west-facing room gets incredibly hot in the evenings, but these windows have kept it cool and comfortable. Even the day of the installation itself saw a big drop in our energy use – we're really excited to see what our electric bill looks like this summer. And the best part?   Overall, we’re really happy with our new windows from Performance Windows. The whole process was surprisingly easy, and Heidi was a fantastic help – she really took the time to understand our home and recommend the perfect windows for each room. We were initially told it would be about 12 weeks before they were ready, but they actually came through in just 8 weeks and were installed within 10 weeks. The installation team was incredibly professional and respectful, and they finished the job in less than 5 hours! We've already noticed a huge difference in how warm our house feels, especially with our south-eastern exposure – my bedroom isn't a sauna anymore!
