  Overall, we’re really pleased with our new windows from Performance Windows. We’d been wanting to replace our old, original single-pane windows for a while, and it just happened that they were doing promotions in our area. The representative we spoke with was fantastic – he was punctual, incredibly knowledgeable about the windows, and made the whole process feel really straightforward. We ended up replacing all ten windows in our home, and the installation went smoothly. They measured within two weeks, and the windows arrived about six to seven weeks later. The installation crew, led by Jake and his team, were fantastic – they were early, incredibly efficient and courteous, and they even cleaned up after themselves.   “We recently had Performance Windows replace all the windows in our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the result! They installed 31 windows and a large patio door, including a fantastic 8-foot wide window with a half-circle top, and the 12-foot patio door. The whole job was completed in just under three days, which was amazing. The windows themselves are really high quality – the low-E glass is making a huge difference in keeping our house cool, especially on the south side. We can really feel the heat reduction compared to our old windows. We also love the flexibility of the windows; they open in both directions and the screens slide to the side, which will be great for keeping them clean ourselves. Aaron, the lead installer, was fantastic! He was so skilled, knowledgeable, and patient – he and his team really took care of us. They could have been a bit more careful protecting our window sills and baseboards during the installation, and a little tidier in the bathroom, but overall, they worked incredibly efficiently and on schedule. There were a couple of minor adjustments needed after installation, but Aaron quickly sorted them out. For a project of this size, we think Performance Windows did a really great job. We’re especially pleased with the lifetime warranty on the windows, which gives us extra peace of mind. We absolutely recommend Performance Windows!” report abuse
