They gave me a clear, detailed quote, kept me informed about the lead times, and honestly managed my expectations perfectly, especially given the timing around the holidays. Once the window was ready, Tim reached out quickly to schedule the installation, and even managed to get it done a week ahead of schedule! The installation crew was also fantastic – friendly, professional, and they took extra care, even wiping down the glass and ensuring my pets were safe by closing all the gates behind them. However, when I asked about getting the back door done, it was tough to get a quote, and frankly, the quote I received wasn’t very competitive.
