  “I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Empire Doors Windows! I had a really frustrating situation – I accidentally broke a window in my new condo and needed a specialty replacement. To my surprise, only three places in Arizona carried those windows, and Empire Doors Windows was the first to respond, reaching out to me within the hour. Tim and Mariano were fantastic throughout the entire process. They were incredibly professional, really detail-oriented, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. They gave me a clear, broken-down quote, kept me updated on the lead times – which were tricky around the holidays – and managed my expectations really well. After the holidays, Tim confirmed everything was moving forward, and once the window was in, he immediately called to schedule the installation. He even had an opening sooner than expected, allowing them to get it done a week ahead of schedule! The installation crew was also fantastic – professional, friendly, and they took extra care, even cleaning up after themselves and wiping down the glass. Knowing I had pets, they were so considerate, making sure to close all the gates and doors to keep them safe.   “I was really pleased with Empire’s work on my windows and front door – they did a great job and I appreciated their service. However, when I asked about getting the back door done, it was tricky to get a quote, and frankly, the quote I received wasn’t what I was looking for.
