  “I was really disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed an order in early December and haven’t heard anything since, just a quick measurement and a promise of an 8-week job. By late January, neither Sam nor David seemed to have any recollection of my project, and their only response was that I hadn’t paid or put down a deposit. Frankly, I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication and follow-up, and the way my project’s timeline has been impacted.
