  This company is causing a huge amount of distress for people living nearby. There have been countless noise complaints due to the really loud activity coming from their shop, and frankly, it’s unacceptable that they’re so close to residential areas and doing nothing to minimize the disruption.   I was really disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed an order in early December and haven’t heard anything since – just a quick measurement and a promise of an 8-week job. By late January, neither Sam nor David seemed to know anything about my project, and their only response was that I hadn’t paid a deposit. I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication and follow-up, and the way this has completely thrown off my project timeline. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company – they don’t seem to value their customers’ time or attention to detail. report abuse
