Ashley in the parts department is fantastic – she really knows her stuff and is always helpful.

“I was really impressed with the team here – they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely professional. I’ll definitely be reaching out to them for any heavy equipment needs, including CAT or other branded machines in the future.”
-
“I’d really advise caution with this company. I heard from several people who were quoted one price upfront, only to be hit with unexpected extra charges when they returned their equipment. The worst part is, they didn’t offer any explanation for the charges and didn't provide a receipt – they just added the extra fees directly to their credit cards. It seems like a really unreliable practice.”
-
“This was a really great experience! They were incredibly helpful and even let me borrow a pintle hitch for my rental of the 300A welder/generator. Plus, the pricing was fantastic.”
-
Honestly, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I purchased a new piece and it’s been stuck in their service department for ten separate times now. Each time, the service representative offered no real solutions, just telling me what *they* would do with it if they could fix it. After two months of waiting for a replacement part and still not receiving it, we discovered the actual problem was with the dashboard itself – a problem they apparently missed entirely. It’s just unbelievable how long this has taken and the lack of communication throughout the whole process.
-
“I really appreciated the team – they were fantastic! Plus, it’s great that they offer safety training on all the equipment, and I was even able to get my forklift license here.”

It was a good transaction overall, and the people involved were very pleasant. Just a note that the equipment seemed a little newer than expected.
