  I’m incredibly frustrated. I called the day before to confirm we could get a 16-foot drywall lift, driving 80 miles each way to arrive by 10 am and get my team started. When I picked it up, I was told they had it, but upon arrival, I discovered the lift only extends to 11-4 feet – a significant discrepancy. This has wasted my time and caused a major setback for our project. It’s unacceptable that this wasn’t checked beforehand, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. report abuse

  Overall, I was incredibly impressed with the service I received. The staff really went above and beyond – especially Christina and Annette in the office who were so helpful and responsive to my needs. And Tony, our local representative, was fantastic; he was incredibly knowledgeable about the equipment and offered really valuable advice on the best solutions for my project.
