  “I absolutely love my new master bathroom, thanks to ADM Contractors! We really customized the design, making some significant changes that completely transformed the space. They were fantastic at adapting to our vision – they shortened the bathtub by six inches and cleverly removed the wall between the shower and tub to add a handy seat. The new tub itself is a beautiful, deep soaking tub, and they even cut a hole in the floor to create a really accessible entry. To ensure it was sturdy, they went the extra mile and added support from the basement. We were also really pleased with the choice of tile – it looks like marble but is actually a more affordable porcelain. They cleverly rearranged the space, moving the wall between the vanity and linen cabinet to create a bigger vanity area and installed three Kohler lights and three Robern medicine cabinets. And the finishing touch – a gorgeous painted barn door with mirrors on both sides – makes the whole bathroom feel like a true spa!” report abuse

  ADM Contractors did an absolutely fantastic job completely transforming our old 1930s bungalow. The original upstairs renovation was a real mess, and thankfully, Bob immediately recognized the potential. He advised us to scrap the initial plans and build a full-height floor – a brilliant move that really maximized the space and gave us a much better return on our investment. The crew were incredibly thorough, removing the entire second floor and building it from scratch with new trusses. It completely solved the issues we’d inherited and created beautiful, bright, and safe bedrooms and bathrooms. They even opened up the downstairs area, connecting the kitchen to our family room – a project they’d done previously. We really appreciated their thoughtful approach and how they worked with us to get the most out of our budget. The result is a dramatically improved home with fantastic, spacious bedrooms and a great new family room – definitely worth the investment! report abuse

  “We were thrilled with the work ADM did to completely renovate our master bathroom! We wanted a real master suite, and they really delivered – we expanded the shower and, honestly, the heated floors are absolutely amazing! From start to finish, ADM was incredibly professional, responsive to our needs, and their pricing was very competitive.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the work ADM did on our three projects – the bathroom and kitchen remodels, and finishing our basement with a new bathroom. Our home is an older Tosa house, which presented some unique challenges, but ADM handled everything with ease. They were really resourceful and proactive in solving any issues that came up, and thankfully, they managed to keep us within budget. The team was fantastic – talented and genuinely kind. Bob, the owner, was always available and checking in on the progress, which we really appreciated. We especially liked that ADM was flexible and willing to let us contribute to some of the work ourselves to help keep costs down. The final results are absolutely stunning, and we’ll definitely be using ADM again for any future projects. report abuse

  ADM Contractors did a good job building a full bathroom for us upstairs, converting two closets and adding a dormer. The quality of the work itself was excellent – the craftsmen were really skilled and professional, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and trustworthy. However, the project was a huge headache. Communication from our project manager was really poor, and things felt incredibly disorganized. It was almost impossible to live comfortably in the house or for my husband to work from home because of the constant noise, dust, and the workers coming and going. The project dragged on for almost a full year, and while we did make a few changes along the way, it was far longer than we anticipated and significantly disrupted our lives. I’d seriously have to reconsider using ADM Contractors again. report abuse

  ADM did an absolutely fantastic job building the bar for our basement remodel. From the initial consultation with Bob and Edwin, we felt completely confident in their professionalism and the quality of their work. They provided a very clear and honest bid, with no surprises, and kept us perfectly informed about the progress of the project every step of the way. The team was always punctual, incredibly respectful of our home, and genuinely knowledgeable. Bob and Edwin were also fantastic to work with – they were always responsive, even outside of regular business hours, and happy to help us make decisions. The online billing was super easy too. We’re so thrilled with the finished bar and would definitely recommend ADM to anyone needing construction work done! We’re already thinking about them for our next home project. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the ADM team’s work on my kitchen remodel. While they did install the cabinets as expected, they inexplicably cut the baseboards 1 inch too short – with no apparent reason. When I questioned them about it, their response was dismissive, simply saying ‘that’s what I do.’ As a result, everything is now 1 inch too short, and my stove looks terrible. It’s a constant source of frustration for me.” report abuse

  ADM did a fantastic job renovating the entryway and family room of my 1960s house. They really transformed the space, especially by updating the stairwell to the basement – it’s so much brighter and more inviting now!
