I was really excited after reading the positive reviews and scheduled a walkthrough and estimate for the house I’m considering buying. I booked an appointment for Monday, February 5th, a week in advance. However, when I arrived at the house, the contractor wasn’t there. I waited for about ten minutes and called, and the secretary explained that he’d forgotten about our appointment and would be out to see the property. It’s now Friday, February 9th, and I still haven’t heard from them. This has been incredibly unprofessional, and frankly, quite frustrating. I’m going with a different general contractor.

Honestly, I’ve been working with contractors for decades, and Ben and GSI General were, without a doubt, the absolute best I’ve ever encountered. The quality of their work, the value they provided, and their service were exceptional – truly the best I’ve experienced in 40 years of restoration work. I wish I could keep them all to myself!
