  “My experience with Minneapolis Waterproofing was incredibly disappointing. I contacted them about fixing a leak in my foundation and was met with a dismissive response – they essentially said rush hour traffic was the problem and wouldn’t even send someone to assess the issue. Considering they advertise themselves as specialists in waterproofing in Minneapolis, it was really strange that they couldn’t service a neighboring suburb. I specifically asked for a repair bid for a known crack, and hadn’t even mentioned bentonite or exterior waterproofing. To add to the frustration, the representative, Drew, called me and demanded I remove my review – which felt extremely unprofessional and hostile.” report abuse

  Drew and Bob did a fantastic job patching up the foundation after that little rabbit caused a problem! They got it fixed up looking great before lunchtime – seriously impressive.
