  Ion and Wes from Icon Homes were absolutely fantastic to work with on our kitchen remodel. They completely transformed our dated 1970s kitchen into something truly functional and beautiful. Throughout the whole process, they were incredibly responsive, always answering our questions and offering really practical solutions that perfectly suited our space.   We absolutely loved working with Icon Homes! From the initial estimates to the final updates, they were fantastic. They really took the time to understand our vision and offered some brilliant suggestions that we really appreciated. They were incredibly mindful of our budget and made the whole renovation process so smooth, especially with the work in our kitchen and bathroom. It was so easy having them around, and we especially loved how patient and friendly they were with our dogs and kids.   Overall, we’re incredibly happy with our ICON Home – we bought it in May 2022. Honestly, we were a little hesitant about buying a new build, so we had a thorough inspection done, and it was fantastic! The house is really well-built and was ready for us to move in right away. What’s particularly impressive is how ICON Homes builds – they seem to be rebuilding tear-down homes, completely updating everything from the sewer lines to the foundation. Because they’re only building a couple of homes at a time, it really shows in the quality and the layouts are evolving slightly with each new build. And to be honest, the builder has been amazing, always quick to answer our questions, even the small ones like turning off the spigots for the winter. If you’re a first-time home buyer looking for a beautiful new home in South Minneapolis and aren’t quite ready for the upkeep of an older house, I’d definitely recommend ICON Homes. report abuse
