  Ben was fantastic! He came to my place to give an estimate and was just so incredibly pleasant – friendly, calm, professional, and really knowledgeable. Since the house wasn’t set up for an electric range, I reached out to Edison Electric, and I was really impressed with their service.   Sam did an excellent job with the Edison work order. He was incredibly prompt and professional, and his thinking was really smart – noticing the existing power source in the sauna room saved us 15% compared to what the competition quoted. That not only saved us money but also made the installation much simpler for any future updates. Plus, he went above and beyond by staying late to arrange a virtual inspection, which completely eliminated the need for an extra trip from the county. I highly recommend him. report abuse

  “I was absolutely blown away by my first experience with Edison Electric. When my circuit panel went out early that morning, they got someone out to me the very same day – Joe and Brandon were fantastic. Even the younger Brandon helped out, which was really appreciated. They explained everything clearly and got the job done quickly and professionally. It was a huge relief knowing we’d have power back so fast, especially with the kids and the heat. While it was a bit pricier than I expected, I now have a brand new, up-to-date, and code-compliant fuse box with a 10-year warranty, so I don’t have to worry about replacing fuses ever again. They were able to add all the outlets and lights we needed and got everything up to code. They were also incredibly professional and easy to get along with.   Sam and his team at Edison Electric did an absolutely fantastic job updating our electrical system. Our house was a real headache with old wiring from the 50s and a panel that kept tripping, but Sam completely tackled the problem and brought everything up to code. He was so knowledgeable about the latest regulations and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process – which took about six days with two electricians.   Parker and Joe did a fantastic job updating our electrical system. They expertly replaced our old 1957 fuse box with a new circuit breaker panel, and they stuck to the initial estimate while also recognizing that replacing the mast wasn’t necessary – which we really appreciated. They even took the time to remove some old shelving to ensure everything met current code.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Edison! Brandon and Ryan did a fantastic job tackling the electrical issues in our new home, and they even went above and beyond with a thorough assessment, pointing out a few things we hadn’t noticed ourselves. What really impressed us was how clearly they explained everything – the assessment, the recommendations, and even gave us some helpful information about our home’s electrical system. After our initial service, I had a couple of quick questions, and Ryan called me back within twenty minutes to answer them. They were so professional, personable, and respectful, and it was great to see they treated both my partner and me with the same courtesy – something we really appreciated.
