  Overall, our experience with Randy’s was really positive. Joe was fantastic – incredibly pleasant and easy to work with, and we really appreciated the perk he offered as a first-time customer. The main issue we had was quickly resolved, and the cost was reasonable. We did get a few other estimates for related services, but they seemed significantly higher, so we focused on getting the immediate problem taken care of, which ultimately worked out very well. report abuse

  “Overall, I had a really positive experience with Randy’s. Scheduling my appointment was incredibly simple, and the technician explained everything clearly before he started. I had to reschedule due to a delivery, and they were completely understanding and helpful. Zach, the electrician, was fantastic – he was friendly, really knew his stuff, and did a very thorough job. I was a little surprised by the final cost, but Zach went above and beyond to find ways to save money while still maintaining the look I wanted. He offered some excellent alternative solutions that actually ended up being a better deal.   “I’d been using another electrical company, but a week after they’d done some updates to my panel, I had a serious short circuit – something that could have been incredibly dangerous. Unfortunately, the other company closed up shop at 4pm, so I was left scrambling. I immediately started looking for a 24/7 service and thankfully found Randy’s. Within an hour, Joe R. was at my house, completely resolving the issue. Seriously, he got everything back up and running that night!
