  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the service we received from start to finish. Ray N. Welter definitely lives up to its great reputation – Rick was fantastic! We called them up in October during a really busy time with the snow, and he got out to us the next day to give us a quote. What really stood out was Rick’s patient and thorough approach; he took the time to explain exactly what we needed, what wasn’t necessary, and even offered some helpful suggestions. On the day of the installation, Pete was punctual, incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional. He got right to work and finished everything up by 1:20, thoroughly explaining the new furnace, air filtration system, and thermostat. And to top it off, he even replaced our old garden hose with a new PVC line for the drain – a really thoughtful touch! We felt like all our boxes were checked and got a very competitive price.   Ray N Welter were fantastic – really professional and efficient. They were upfront about everything, explaining exactly what they’d do, how they’d do it, and the cost, and they stuck to their word. They arrived right on time at 7:30 am and completed the job by noon, which was amazing. They replaced my old Tranes with new ones, and it was a really straightforward and quick process.   “Loren was fantastic! He just stopped by for a quick tune-up on my furnace and really took the time to explain everything to me. He replaced the flame sensor and, even though my furnace is pretty old, he didn’t try to push any extra services on me. Really honest and reliable – I’d definitely recommend them!” report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience with Welter Heating. I was looking for a reliable, proven furnace after a recent issue with a Carrier, and Welter delivered. They listened to what I wanted – a solid, established model – and recommended a Trane that was still in stock. The fact that they’d been installing it for over 12 years with no problems was a big reassurance. I appreciated that they didn’t try to push any extra features on me, and the quote was very fair. The installer was punctual and did a fantastic job, completing the installation in just under six hours. However, initially, the fan was running unusually loud, but Welter responded quickly and sent the same installer back to fix it. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got everything working perfectly. A neighbor recommended them, and they responded incredibly quickly, getting to my house within a day of my call. They diagnosed a bad compressor – a pretty big repair – but thankfully, one of their supervisors, Jason, pointed me in the right direction. It turned out the unit was actually still under warranty!
