  “I was really impressed with Seth’s thorough explanation – he brought up details about the installation that other companies hadn’t even mentioned. We weren’t ready to move forward with our furnace until September or October, but they happened to have an opening the very next day, which was fantastic. Tovah and Eric were also incredibly helpful and left the whole area spotless. My mom used them and recommended them so highly, so I knew I was getting a reliable service.   “Overall, it sounds like everyone else had a positive experience, but I was really disappointed with my interaction. Rick, your sales associate, was helpful in explaining the different options, and he was aware I was getting quotes from other companies. However, when I shared that I’d found a better deal, he responded very negatively, criticizing the other company and essentially telling me I was making a bad choice. His pushy sales tactics were uncomfortable, and honestly, the whole experience left me feeling frustrated and regretting having your team come to my home.” report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with our experience with Standard Heating and Air. Seth did a fantastic job assessing our needs, taking the time to understand what we were looking for and honestly explaining that super-efficient systems wouldn’t offer a significant return on investment for our home. Then, Alan and Nick were absolutely amazing – they got everything done in a single day with professionalism and care.   “I was so pleased with Standard Heating & Air Conditioning. Our old A/C unit finally gave out, and they were fantastic from start to finish. The sales rep was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions patiently and explaining everything in a way I could easily understand. The installation team were just as professional and did a great job. It’s now been a month with our new unit, and it’s working perfectly!   I’ve been a loyal customer for over 30 years and I can honestly say I’ve always been impressed with this company. What really stands out to me is their commitment to good service – they’re open seven days a week and I’ve *always* been able to speak to a real person on the phone, which is incredibly important to me. Everyone I’ve dealt with is consistently polite and efficient. I especially want to commend Gavin J. who came out today. He was so kind and helpful, got the tune-up done quickly and professionally, and even went the extra mile by changing the batteries in my thermostat – it was fantastic service!   Thomas did a fantastic job installing our new AC unit. He was really professional – he called ahead to let us know he was on his way, explained exactly what he was going to do, and then meticulously completed the installation, walking us through every step and answering all of our questions. The work itself was beautifully done, and significantly better than the old unit. To top it off, he left the area spotless. We’d definitely recommend him – a truly 5-star installation! report abuse
