  “Overall, I have serious concerns about the management and environment at this facility. The production manager seems primarily focused on appearances and doesn’t seem to understand the practical realities of the job. His lack of communication skills – he struggled with my name – and his dismissive attitude towards employees doing their work created a very frustrating environment. The job itself is incredibly repetitive and often hampered by shortages of materials and malfunctioning equipment. Frankly, it felt like a waste of time and effort. Adding to the negative experience, there were also troubling instances of discriminatory behavior within the company.” report abuse
