They thoroughly checked it out, explained all my options clearly, and I ended up having them install a brand-new one. The scheduling was super fast, and everyone I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable. It was amazing how they even managed to fix my old tub with tricky valves, and they actually improved it!   “I was really disappointed with Northern Plumbing. They charged me $850 to fix a leaking bathtub p-trap, and honestly, it felt like they did very little work. They spent about 30 minutes diagnosing the problem and then just replaced the p-trap and drain – with minimal investigation. They were here from 11 am to 12:45 pm, and it just felt like they took advantage of the urgency of the situation. While I appreciated them being able to get me scheduled quickly and they were flexible enough to move my appointment up, the price was completely unreasonable. I’d recently had a new tub installed with all the plumbing done by a different company for $875, and this felt like a blatant overcharge. It really felt like they used my need to fix the leak to inflate the price.” report abuse

  Overall, we’ve been incredibly happy with our reverse osmosis system purchased from Northern Plumbing and Softening back in 2015. We’re a family who drinks a lot of water, and we absolutely love having fresh, great-tasting water right from our kitchen sink thanks to it. We’ve continued to use Northern Plumbing and Softening for regular maintenance – they sanitize the system and replace the filters every 12-18 months – and we’ve always been impressed with their friendly and professional service. report abuse
