  Elliott from Roto Rooter was fantastic! We had a really urgent issue with a clogged floor drain in the furnace room, and he was so prompt and professional – especially considering we were leaving for a weekend trip. He was incredibly polite, efficient, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He took the time to explain the problem and the solution in detail, which really put us at ease.   “I was really frustrated with the whole experience. I booked a kitchen drain cleaning for Friday afternoon, and while the team arrived with just a half-hour’s notice – which was appreciated – they unfortunately caused a leak in my basement wall near the main drain. It took multiple calls and a rescheduling to get someone out there, and the initial technician wasn't actually a licensed plumber and couldn’t fix the problem. They promised a plumber for Monday, which I had to arrange myself. Thankfully, the plumber who came on Monday was fantastic – he quickly diagnosed the issue (apparently some previous work wasn't up to code), fixed it efficiently, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate the discount they applied to the repair. However, the initial hassle of getting someone out on Friday and Saturday was a major letdown. I’d definitely be more cautious about scheduling aggressive cleaning services if I’m unsure about the age of my plumbing system – and I’d be sure to read the liability form carefully!” report abuse
