  “My experience with United Rentals was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From the start, the price I was quoted over the phone was completely different – the lift was significantly more expensive when I arrived. Then, I was told I had the wrong hitch to connect the lift to my truck, and they couldn’t resolve that issue. Ultimately, they agreed to deliver the lift to my job, but only after a lengthy discussion. Despite that, I was still double-charged for the rental, billed for two days when I only needed it for one. Paying $900 for a single day’s use was completely unacceptable. I won't be using United Rentals again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend United Rentals highly enough! Lauren was fantastic – she really took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the perfect equipment. What impressed us most was her responsiveness; she seamlessly handled all the changes to our pickup date and kept us fully informed throughout the process. It was truly top-notch service and we’ll definitely be using them again for both personal and commercial rental needs. Be sure to ask for Lauren – she’s a star!” report abuse

Everyone I spoke with was incredibly helpful and friendly – Keith went above and beyond, even giving me his number for support over the Super Bowl weekend. The front desk ladies were not only great to work with, but also really pleasant. And I want to give a shout-out to Payton in the back, who took the time to explain my needs and help me understand what I was getting.   “The associate completed a significant portion of the job – almost half – but unfortunately, a saw broke, which caused a major delay. We had to return the equipment and pick up a replacement the following day to finish the work, adding a full extra day to the project. While the work was ultimately done, the unexpected issues and the resulting delay were frustrating, and I wasn’t pleased with the rental company’s decision to add an extra day’s charge.” report abuse
