Hunter Ellenburg at the Laughlin Road branch in Mobile has been absolutely fantastic to work with. I’ve been a customer for over two years, and his customer service has consistently been top-notch – he always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of.

Honestly, we were really disappointed with our experience. The equipment they provided had constant issues, particularly with the man lift which kept malfunctioning and causing significant delays. We brought the problem back to them, and their response – a quick, one-minute test – felt completely inadequate. It was clear they weren't taking the issue seriously, and the lack of proper inspection was a major concern. Considering the cost, it felt like a complete waste of $380. We’re definitely going to look for a more reliable and professional rental company next time.
