  “Overall, the staff were really helpful. However, the unloading process takes a significant amount of time when done manually, which I understand. I also wanted to point out that the roads around here, especially turning off of Exit 5B and heading right on Old Shell Road, are incredibly tight and difficult to navigate – I wouldn't recommend that route.” report abuse

  “Things started a little late, around 8:00 AM, and they’re still working on getting the equipment unloaded. Because the trailers are so long – 53 feet – everything needs to be unloaded by hand, and there’s no dock available to assist.   “I can’t recommend this company. The service was incredibly poor, and the quality of the work was unacceptable. I had new gutters installed, but the downspout was routed incorrectly and ended up draining directly into my swimming pool – they had to completely redo it. Worse, they just tossed my old gutters into the corner of my yard instead of properly disposing of them. To top it off, they were supposed to come out for warranty work on July 2nd and never showed up, and they haven’t returned any of my calls. I’m seriously considering filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and potentially seeking legal advice. Seriously, do not hire this company.” report abuse
