  I’m giving Happy Home just one star because of a completely unacceptable lack of communication. I scheduled a quote and was initially impressed with how quickly they set up the appointment. However, the person who came to my house for the estimate never contacted me, and despite multiple attempts to reach them, I received absolutely no updates for over three weeks. It’s frustrating to pay a company thousands of dollars and then be ignored. While I understand things get busy, the fact that they couldn’t even respond to my service request is incredibly concerning. They responded to my negative review almost immediately, yet they couldn’t manage a simple phone call to confirm a time. I ended up going with another company, and I wouldn’t recommend Happy Home based on this experience. report abuse
